How we always end up with the best clients I don’t know! But these guys…! Such a lovely family and it always makes it extra special for us to have created something we know our clients love and that suits them and their needs perfectly!
So, this beautiful family came to us looking for a social space where they could enjoy their summer evenings with family and friends making homemade pizza! They had a pre existing garage that they wanted to incorporate into the project so they could utilise the space to its fullest potential.
After our first site visit we sat down to discuss design options. Wanting to create that perfect space for the family, we incorporate an open fire place, bespoke outdoor kitchen to aid in pizza prep! and an closed garden room in the old garage.
The family came over to our house to have a look at our garden room to get an idea of the size, feel and quality of construction. This is something we offer to all our clients and really helps in the design phase to help imagine what your new space will look and feel like.
So flash forward, and here’s how it turned out!
We love the flooring option within the project, herringbone flooring in the Closed Garden Room and super modern concrete floor in the open area. This space certainly has the WOW factor with the bespoke kitchen, festoon lighting and galvanised downpipes to match the families home. We also love that the build is so close to the families home allowing quick and easy access to the space.
As well as the Garden Rooms we designed and constructed a bespoke side door into the garden as well as a decked walkway to the space, covered by the overhang. The rest of the garden was beautifully planted and turfed by Leaf Creative.
