Garden rooms (with a max height 2.5m) often fall under permitted development and do not require planning permission. Most properties fall within permitted development, even homes in AONB (areas of outstanding natural beauty). Listed buildings do not fall under permitted development and require planning permission. If you are unsure if you require planning permission, please get in touch. We also offer a planning permission service.
We listen to your needs and take the information from our first site visit to create the initial design. We will then work with you to make sure the final design is perfect!
Depending on our availability it could take as little as 4 weeks before we begin the build. We understand that having a Garden Room is an investment so sometimes the design phase can take longer if you are not sure where you want the room or the size etc.
No, all our Garden Rooms are bespoke to your needs and requirements.
Close Garden Rooms are enclosed rooms with doors and windows. Open Garden Rooms do not have doors or windows. We can design and build a combination of both.
Yes, we offer underfloor heating as well as internal and external heat options.
As standard, all our Garden Rooms come with commercial grade laminate. We offer an upgrade to engineered or hard wood flooring.
Yes we do, we can build this into the quotation if required.

Yes, absolutely! It’s a great option for letting in extra light.
We don’t recommend putting a hot tub inside a closed Garden Room due to the moisture, but an open Garden Room is a great place for a hot tub.
Our Garden Rooms are not designed for sleeping or living in as they do not meet building regulations for this use.
